Update regarding support for Norwegian BankID and Vipps.

BankID has recently introduced a new authentication method by scanning a physical ID (photo and NFC). Initial tests indicate that this doesn't work on the Dumber Mini. We're investigating whether this is something we can fix, and we'll also be in touch with the BankID team.

On the other hand, Vipps works totally fine now, including tap-to-pay on the Dumber Mini. However, the app has had a difficult history with degoogled phones, so there are no guarantees here.

There is growing political pressure to get these two apps to properly support degoogled phones, so hopefully things will improve in the future.
